  is on the 1st floor and has a double bed, air-conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower over small bath, a separate toilet, a large picture framed window with views of Mount Enos with a small balcony and another window with views across the countryside to the sea.
• Second bedroom
  is on the groundfloor and has twin beds, air conditioning, views over farmland towards Zakynthos, separate toilet and just outside on the patio a discrete "rain-forest" hot-water shower.
• Kitchen/Living Room
  is on the 1st floor, fully equipped and with hidden appliances in wood crafted by a local carpenter. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and marble sink.
  The living area is open plan with kitchen and benefits from air conditioning, woodburner, sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table and 6 chairs, a high-beamed roof, 2 balconies SE and SW facing off living room.

  on the ground floor with washing machine and storage for linen and towels.
• Outside
  a patio seating level for reading with small private plunge-pool. Steps down to built in BBQ area facing the sea with marble sink. Deckchairs and sunloungers for pool-side use. Outdoor lighting.

  underfloor heating out-of season, TV and DVD (no satellite), no internet access but available in Argostoli, iron and ironing board.
